I was excited to try this product as my CPAP machine seems to bother my husband when it blows air towards his during the night.
It seemed to work pretty good for the first two to three nights but then he said my snoring woke him up several times during the night.
I also tried Respire mouth tape. It doesn’t have a hole but the adhesive is a little bit aggressive. After I followed their instructions for how to remove it, it was easier. They seem to work the same in that obviously I’m not breathing through my mouth but unfortunately I’m still snoring according to my husband.

I love both the mouth tape and the nose tape. The nose tape opens up my airways each time I use it and I don’t snore when I use the mouth tape. I highly recommend.

I have tried a few different mouth tapes over the last few years and I have found the Beauty Sleep tape the best. It’s comfortable to wear and successfully keeps my mouth shut during the night. It’s also easy to remove, which is a bonus. It works well with my sleep apnea cpap. Overall I average 7 undisturbed hours sleep a night. Win! Win!

I bought these strips because I'm going travelling with my girlfriend and don't want to keep her awake with my snoring. We haven't left yet but I've tried them at home and I love the way feels in the morning after using them. Before my mouth would be dry and taste disgusting now its moist and tastes fine and apparently I don't snore anymore!

I previously used tape from the chemist but stopped as it didn't feel right. I like Dr Ferns mouth 👄 tape as the slit provides a feeling of safety and yet I still seem to breathe through my nose.
I appreciate the complimentary nose tapes, however my skin has reacted to these so may be the glue. That is not unusual for me.
The only thing I don't like is you can't put moisturiser on as nothing will stick. That is ok as I have changed my routine to earlier in the day.
If you want to have a great sleep and breathe through your nose, Dr Ferns Beauty Sleep is the best shape I have found. The first night I ripped it off in the middle of the night for fear of not being able to breathe but I have slept soundly all night since then. Highly recommend this product!

A few months ago, I had never heard of mouth tape. Now, I would never go to sleep without it! While I've always been a mouth-breather, I wasn't a snorer, didn't have sleep apnoea or a deviated septum. However with the advent of menopause, that all changed and my sleep was disrupted by sleep apnoea and snoring - thank goodness my husband is deaf in one ear!
With Beauty Sleep mouth tape, I'm now sleeping up to 8 hours a night, unbroken sleep - no waking up with my mouth so dry I can't move my tongue, or because my loud snoring has actually woken me up! I'm far more rested during the day and I'm convinced my sleep is having an impact on my moods! Definitely a game changer for me - just try it out, I was very sceptical however am now a true convert!

It only took me a couple of nights to adjust to the tape, and now I’m kind of obsessed. My sleep app is telling me I’m getting higher quality sleep, and my energy level is much better during the day. Yay! The design is very good, and playful so I don’t feel like a goof.

I use a CPAP and have considered one of those chin braces. YUCK! I did a lot of research and read all the reviews. So glad I chose these. I always use the lip balm under it to protect my lips. Love the slit for a sip of water or air. My jaw is relaxed and my throat doesn’t hurt from dry air every morning. LOVE!

It took a few nights to get used to but I wake up feeling refreshed and so much better than before using the tape.

I have been using medical tape to tape my mouth for several.ywars after taking a course in Buteyko breathing. When I saw ads for Beauty Sleep I thought it might be just an expensive gimmick. But when I tried the product, I was surprised at how much more comfortable it felt compared to the medical tape, because Beauty Slepp strips are flexible. I will be ordering more.

I really like my beauty sleep mouth tape!! I am sleeping so much better now because I am breathing through my nose, not my mouth. As a result, I’m not thirsty all night; my breath is better when I wake up. I also feel that it’s helping my skin to look better and not so droopy. I do have to make sure I cough & talk before I put it on. But that’s minir. :)

I was a chronic snorer and was concerned about the effect being a life-long mouth breather was having on my looks and health.
When I saw how cute the beauty sleep moth tape was, I was intrigued. And then relieved to see a hole in the middle too!
I'm quite claustrophobic, so the hole in the middle reassured me that I'd be able to breathe through my mouth if I needed to.
I have been using the product for a few weeks now and am super happy with it.
I've been sleeping alone recently, so don't know what the snoring is like but I wake up without the usual dry mouth and sore throat, so that's positive!
The tape is so easy to use, is comfortable to wear and comes off easy too
I've been using it with the lip mask, which is lovely and leaves my lips super moisturised in the morning.

Super easy to sleep with it, not sure if I am feeling more rested yet but it is easy to try it. It is a little hard to take off but otherwise simple enough to use.

I was skeptical at first, but thought I'd give beauty sleep tape a whirl. I cannot overstate how much better I'm sleeping. I'm not waking up multiple times a night anymore and am waking up so well rested.

I use the Beauty Sleep lip tape product every night. I like the way it stays in place, the hole in the middle which allows me breathe through my mouth a little if needed and the fact that it is a bit stretchy which allows for some movement.

I've seen different mouth tapes and choose this one because it's geared towards women, love the design and the little hole if you like to drink water in the night, your straw fits in there quite nicely! The tape stays put, but doesn't bother my skin. I've quit snoring, I wear retainers at night and tend to grind my teeth and the mouth tape seems to help. Love the product, and easy to get used to wearing!

I was a bit sceptical and the first few nights it was a bit weird to breathe through my nose but now I love it. I don’t wake feeling like I have a dry mouth and definitely sleep better.

Using Beauty Sleep tape since Sept & I love it! My daytime breathing has improved, able to take deep breaths. Sleep is better & wake up refreshed!

Love them, was worried at first that I would panic as always sleep with mouth open, but absolutely fine and no issues. I sleep really well with the tape on.
