3. Refunds & Returns: Our 30-Night Guarantee

We offer a 30-Night Money-Back Guarantee, which starts from the day you receive your order. If you use our products as directed and are not satisfied with the results within this period, you have two options for a refund:

  • Option 1: Full Refund upon Return. You may return the product(s) to us for a full refund of your original purchase price. You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
  • Option 2: Partial Refund, Keep the Product. If you prefer to keep the product(s), we will offer you a 50% refund of your original purchase price.

The seat of arbitration shall be Melbourne, Australia. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
