I'm getting ready for night number 5 of sound, uninterrupted sleep thanks to Beauty Sleep Mouth Tape. I was skeptical, probably like most, but truly couldn't believe how great I felt after the first night of using the mouth tape. I don't know who thought of this idea, but it's truly life changing.

I started using a CPAP machine recently and a friend told me he also used mouth tape every night. When I saw these come across my Instagram feed I decided to try them (yes, the cuteness factored in). Great product although shipping to the US takes a long time, about 10 days or so. Just be prepared when ordering it will take awhile if you’re not in Australia. I didn’t even realize it was an out of country company/product. Otherwise good product. Strong chemical glue smell. Fits well and stays stuck all night. The benefits of mouth taping and breathing through my nose help me awake more refreshed and energized with no dry mouth.
