If you’ve had a change of heart or ordered something by mistake, we’re happy to help.
- Eligibility: For a standard return, we just ask that the item is in its original, unused condition, with any tags and packaging intact.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Items
We take great care in getting your order to you perfectly, but we know things can happen along the way.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is wrong. We will look into it immediately and, within 48 hours, ship you a brand-new replacement, completely free of charge.
- Item Lost in Transit: If your order seems to be taking a scenic route and doesn't arrive, please contact us. We'll track it down, and if it's confirmed lost, we will send a free replacement on its way to you.

Exchanges: The simplest way to exchange an item is to follow the standard return process for the original item and place a new order for the product you’d like instead.

Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for returns. For hygiene reasons, used personal care items can only be refunded under our "30-Night Guarantee."

For Our EU Friends: If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original, unused condition.
