The Tape was good in that it didnt leave a sticky residue. You have to be careful taking off so you don't peel lips. I taped over the hole at first and then cut the lips down the center and used that way. It works well for me I cant open my lips and have to breath through my nose. Double value. I am not waking up with a horrible dry mouth and got used to it very quickly I like sleeping better this way
From the first night of using Beauty Sleep mouth tape I found my mouth was not dry on waking. I have been consistently using it for the past week. It is quite comfortable to wear.
Very comfortable, and I sleep well. No problems breathing, don’t wake up constantly and no dry mouth.
It is only my second night of using it I didn’t have a problem with breathing, but I am constantly aware of it but I kept it on twice as long the second night so I’m hoping I’ll just get use to it and stop thinking about it it.
I bought the mouth tapes so I wouldn't wake up with a bone dry tongue. So far, these have solved the problem. The only thing is that it hurts to take them off in the mornings.
Since I started using tape, my sleeping patterns have changed! I slept better! I used to have dry throat due to snoring at night but now its gone! I can’t believe its work!
Breathing at night has been a breeze.
Since using the mouth tape I have noticed being less tired during the day and leading up to bed time.
I used to sip on water if I woke in the night, but I don't need to now, just a bit dry in the morning.
Very happy with my mouth tape.
Thank you Beauty Sleep
Since using the mouth tape I’ve been sleeping soundly through the night. I would have rated it 5 but removing the tape pulls too hard on the skin. I will continue to use for the other benefits.
It’s certainly helping me sleep without my mouth opening - no more dry mouth in the morning. I haven’t tried other tapes, but having the little hole does make it less scary, and although sticky, it isn’t too painful to remove. A few nights I’ve woken up & taken it off before the morning, but generally have slept through, no probs.
I followed directions and tried the tape for an hour each night twice. These past 2 nights I used it all night and slept all night! I feel great!
Night one, it was easy to use, stayed put. Hubby said my snoring was lighter than normal. It hurt a bit to remove but not a big deal.
I’ve only been using these for a few days and I feel I’ve noticed a bit of a difference to how I feel when I wake up. I had no trouble getting used to wearing them at all. Fingers crossed I feel like a new woman soon!
Hard to believe the difference this makes. Wake up with a fresh mouth
Practised for an hour then kept the “ plaster” on the next night. Removed very easily and retains its sticky so could have a drink of water and reapply! Miss putting on lip balm every night but can apply first thing in the morning. All good so far
So far these seem to work well for me but I’m not liking the strong smell (I’m assuming it the adhesive) very strong & toxic odour.
I bought these on a whim I am always trying new health tricks and the vast majority don't change a thing, these mouth patches have improved my sleep significantly. I wake with no dry mouth I'm single so not sure if I snore less but I definitely feel more rested when I wake . There is no discomfort or sticky residue either . These are now definitely part of my night time routine.
Love the lip balm; very moisturizing. Lip tape works well, no problems breathing. Easy to apply. Nice flexibility with the tape. Adjusted well with very minor issues of breathing. I can fall asleep very easily, but I have awakened a couple of times with a little discomfort breathing, quickly resolved. The tape does hurt when I pull it off every morning. A bit more than expected. Only 4 nights in, so no major changes to report. Looking forward to good results soon.
I'm generally a side sleeper (or so I thought) but my sleep study results showed something very different. I end up on my back, sleeping with my mouth wide open! I'd wake up some nights coughing as my throat and mouth were dry & I was tired, not well rested at all. Sleep tape was recommended but I thought that was a silly idea. I saw an advertisement with Dr Fern talking about the problems that come with being a "mouth" sleeper so I thought I'd try these cute little lip tapes! Well, I must say I am sleeping peacefully, through my nose!!! There's no more tossing and turning or interrupted sleep or choking almost because of a dry throat. My husband laughs at me when the lips are on but he can see I'm getting quality sleep and is supportive. I love the little tin and they hold a months supply. They don't hurt to peel off and I'm able to get 2 nights out out 1💋. I have found I do need to apply lip balm more often as my lips are noticeably dry but that's fine, I love lip balms! Give them a try, it's totally worth an uninterrupted sleep!
Loving beauty sleep mouth tape - it has helped me get a more restful sleep. Fantastic!
I have sleep apnoea and use a CPAP machine with pressured air flowing through a device which sits under my nose… however i also mouth breath which impacts my oxygen saturation levels.Since using the mouth tape my oxygen saturation levels are optimal! Still getting used to wearing it but these results will make me persevere.
These are great! Perfect amount of stretch, little hole to breath for security,… love them
From the very first night, I felt a difference. I slept great. I don’t feel like my breathing is restricted at all. The little opening makes you realize you can breathe a bit through your mouth if needed. I’m a caregiver for my husband and he has awakened me in the night for needs, and I can pull it off and put it back on and it still stayed with me the rest of the night
Extremely comfortable and easy to use for the first time. Would highly recommend and after first week can start to feel a difference with better sleep each night.
they don't pull your skin as much as others I have tried
