I always sleep with my mouth open! As A Dental Professional I know this is very bad for my teeth as we need our Saliva to protect our teeth during sleep. When you have Dry mouth you are not susceptible to dental decay. And the uncomfortable feeling of waking up every morning so Dry/ parched you need water immediately. I have used several types of mouth tape including just plain medical tape! But it hurts taking it off! When I read about these I had to try them! I have never had an issue with nasal breathing, I taught myself how to deep belly breathe years ago to help with panic attacks and it is my natural way of breathing normally.
