Sleeping so much better - my partner is as well because I’m no longer snoring or mouth breathing!
I'm getting ready for night number 5 of sound, uninterrupted sleep thanks to Beauty Sleep Mouth Tape. I was skeptical, probably like most, but truly couldn't believe how great I felt after the first night of using the mouth tape. I don't know who thought of this idea, but it's truly life changing.
Love them! Actually not too sticky on your lips still able to cough or sneeze if needed.
Love the product, has definitely reduced my snoring substantially. Very comfortable to wear. Easy to take off. Would highly recommend if you are a snorer!
Improved on my sleep. I know because I see the increase in sleep time and deep sleep as I wear my Apple Watch which tracks my sleep.
I started using a CPAP machine recently and a friend told me he also used mouth tape every night. When I saw these come across my Instagram feed I decided to try them (yes, the cuteness factored in). I can't believe what a difference they make in the quality of my sleep as my mouth no longer falls open waking me up every night! I did not want to add other headgear components to my CPAP therapy and this has done the trick. Plus, no sticky residue after removing those lips! Game changer, thank you!
