I know I was a snorer as I have often woken myself up or gently shaken by my partner to lie on my side. I was reluctant about trying the beauty sleep mouth tape as I thought I would wake up in the night with a panic attack feeling like I couldn't breathe. I finally placed my order, and it's been the best decision ever! The very first time I wore the mouth tape, I did not wake up at all during the night and had a great night sleep. This experience has been repeated each night using the beauty sleep mouth tape - it's like a security blanket now along with my mouth guard. The other thing that I have encountered with using the beauty sleep mouth tape is how natural it feels to go to sleep and keep my mouth closed - it actually sets the environment for a good night's sleep. I can now sleep on my back for as long as I want and no more dry mouth and foul breath when I wake up. I wish I had used these mouth tapes a long time ago as they have made a world of difference!

Beauty Sleep has been a life saver. Iused to have disrupted sleep, maybe 2 hours at a time before waking up and going to the bathroom then struggling to get back to sleep again. I’ve been using Beauty Sleep mouth tape since my daughter told me about it eight months ago. She and her husband had both been using it for about six months and said they’d noticed they sleep better with it. I started using it because I snore, and my husband wakes me up frequently to tell me to “roll over.” Since I’ve started using the mouth tape, we both sleep better. I did try another product that looks almost exactly the same, but the adhesive was not the same quality and it was harder to put on and didn’t stick as well.

I was waking up with dry and sore throat and had tonsil stones all the time. I gave Beauty sleep a try and those symptoms stopped. I now get deeper sleep all night and wake up with more energy.
I used another brand for a while but the tape was too stiff and painful to remove. The Sleep Collagen tape seems at times like it is not sticking well enough but it is. It is just very gentle and the perfect shape. I love it.

I use a cpap machine and because my mouth opens when I sleep I wear a chin strap - which I hated - it left deep grooves in my face and often failed. I still woke with dry mouth and a leaky face mask. I sleep all night long with the beauty sleep tape and no longer use the chin strap.

I am pretty much obsessed with the Beauty Sleep mouth tape. I have been using it for about four to five months now and I have been sleeping so much better! I feel like my jaw line has much more slimmer and to be honest, the mouth tape has helped my allergies. When my mouth is closed, it forces me to breathe through my nose. Before the mouth tape, I would wake up with coughing up phlegm but now I just blow my nose and that’s it. I don’t spend most of my morning coughing so much anymore. There’s so many other benefits but these are the ones that have definitely changed me. *fun add in* my husband has gotten use to my routine and if I get in bed without my mouth tape, he reminds me. :)

I have wanted to try mouth taping for years as being older mouth breathing impacts my sleep and snoring was emotionally upsetting me. I was hesitant as I wear invisalign retainers at night.

My lips are more hydrated and no terrible dry mouth/headaches upon waking.
I also purchased the nose tape but find it does not stay on more than 5 minutes before peeling off. Disappointing as I can feel the benefit immediately of clearer airways.

I could just say LOVE THIS PRODUCT but if you are mature and second guessing whether it will help you 100% YES.

My concern was dry mouth . Not only did I wake up every couple of hours I was concerned about my teeth . I used dry mouth toothpaste , mouthwash and gel but nothing helped . I read about mouth tape , seemed worth a try . It took a couple of nights to position it well but I have mastered that . Instant improvement - no dry mouth at night at all . No waking up . It felt strange at first but after a few days really don’t notice it . I chose this brand with the hole as I was worried about not being able to breathe and so I could use a straw if I woke up needing a drink .Easy to remove and leaves no mark on my face . Very pleased with better sleep and healthier mouth.

A few years ago I noticed that I am a Mouth Breather!!
When I wake up either in middle of night and morning my mouth is so dry it’s uncomfortable! Being in the Dental Industry I know that dry mouth is not good and can actually cause Decay in teeth! We all need Saliva to help wash acids away while we sleep but if your a Mouth Breather… well not good.
I read a few years ago about mouth taping!! What?? Well I decided to give it a try and just used medical tape and I Truly slept better and my mouth wasn’t Parched! only trouble with the medical tape was it really pulled to take off and dreaded that part. I did find a couple other companies that sold just round tapes but I felt like my mouth would still open on both sides a bit. So when I came across the Beauty Sleep Mouth Tape As Adorable as thy are I had to try them.
Very Happy to say these are the very best mouth tapes I have ever worn!! They are so cute! They cover full mouth and have a tiny hole in middle so that’s you need a breath, cough etc. you can easily or these are so easy to just peel off you can do that whenever needed. I highly recommend this Brand over the others I have tried. I even have my Husband using them😊He asked if there were any other colors besides pink but I just said “really who’s going to see you in pink mouth tape but me”? We use every night and it has completely stopped his snoring and I sleep better and the dry mouth is gone!! We will continue purchasing these because we feel that good sleep is so Important. I Love my Beauty Sleep Mouth Tape! The nasal strips work very well too but I have to remember not to use my skincare or they will not stick! Thank you for bringing this Great Idea to us and making them so Cute 🩷 Also it takes any fear away that something could fly into your mouth while asleep! My husband stopped using his earplugs since I started using Beauty Sleep and both of us are sleeping much better! I wake refreshed and my mouth doesn’t feel dry.

I need advice on removal though. It’s really sticky and I can feel bits of adhesive left on my lips and skin where the tape was on. Help!

I am 58 years old, when I turned 50, I started to snore. I know that I have always slept with my mouth open. I know how bad it is to sleep that way. My doctor wanted me to have a sleep test. I know the results would have been sleep apnea and then a CPAP machine. I didn't want that. I'm so happy that I saw Dr. Fern on social media because this is EXACTLY what I have been looking for!! I have never slept better! If you are on the fence, don't be! Give it a try! BEST DECISION EVER!! I have more energy during the day!

This tape is great from the first time I put on. I sleep all night and no grinding my teeth. I give it a 5 start. Thanks for a good nights sleep.

Wow it has prevented night time dry mouth and stopped me from grinding my teeth while I sleep and has reduced the lines above my top lip. This little patch is the best thing I've ever discovered

No snoring and husband is sleeping better also.

As a tooth grider my mouthguard caused my mouth to drop open. Thus I had dry mouth, fatigue, sore jaw and snored. Beauty sleep tape keeps my mouth shut with the ability to sneeze and cough. My snoring has eased and my sleep has improved. Have used since Nov 2025 and is now a nightly necessity!

I recently started using a CPAP machine with nasal pillows and I’d often wake up with my throat scratchy. Since I started using Beauty Sleep Mouth Tape I’ve had no further problems! And the cute tin looks cute on my nightstand!

I feel I have a more restful sleep but my husband says I am still snoring😀 to
