I just started using these Beauty Sleep tape mouth 👄 (3 nights) so I haven’t noticed much. But prior to this I did try another brand (1 week) and I have to say that the Beauty Sleep brand is far more superior. No sticky glue when I rip it off and does stick even when I have lip stuff on when I put it on at night (It a must since I have dry lips throughout the day). But the fact that it stays on is a huge bonus for me. I hope I will see more once I wear them longer. But so far so good! 😊
I have suffered from the effects of sleeping with my mouth open for years. The incredible dry mouth, the snoring, the drooling, the poor sleep. I have tried other mouth tape and felt as if I was suffocating. But I am thrilled to tell you that this mouth tape is a game changer. I am sleeping all through the night. No more parched mouth, waking me up to drink a lot of water during the night, then using the bathroom every couple hours. My husband says I am not snoring any more! I'm just so happy with the Beauty Sleep mouth tape.
We both have sleep apnea and we are like dinosaurs when sleeping and snoring every night. I suffer from sleep apnea and snoring. In 2011 my doctor recommended I attend a Buteyko Breathing Clinic. The first thing they did in the clinic was pass out a roll paper tape and had us cover our mouths so we would be forced to breathe through our noses. My sleep quality began to improve tremendously. I have taped my mouth when I go to bed for 14 years. Now I have Beauty Sleep lips instead of paper tape. Beauty Sleep is attractive and works much better than paper tape. I consistently score 100 on my CPAP review each morning when I get up!
I was worried at first, but the Beauty Sleep mouth tape is so comfortable (and even with a little hayfever , the hole stops any feelings of panic. I was developing jowls around my mouth for the last year or more, but after using this product for a couple of weeks I’ve definitely noticed smoother skin in this area and my face looks more even around my jawline. Best of all, I’m not waking up with a dry mouth from sleeping with my mouth open And am sleeping through the night now, without waking for water. I also use a nose strip and have done on and off for years. The mouth tape was a game changer though. It comes off easily in the morning too without any irritation oto my skin. It does not leave any extra lines either.Lastly I also love the colour and shape.

I can honestly say, I love wearing the mouth tape. It keeps my mouth closed, especially since I sleep on my back.
I have noticed my mouth area is even improving with less wrinkles.

I used to have sleep apnea, I’ve lost 20kgs and have been able to reverse that. So no more machine for me. But I was still snoring a little so thought I’d give these a go. I started off with just a nose tape but still snored a little so added the mouth tape. Amazing no more snoring. I didn’t take long to adjust and find it no problem to sleep with on. I didn’t take long find it a little harsh on the lips when removing so I just pop a little balm on before applying and it’s fine. Would recommend these for sure.
