I love it! Seriously, I was hesitant - but it is pretty great. It is not uncomfortable or scary. I am sleeping so much better and no more drooling on my pillow lol. Less snoring. I will do this forever.

I need to give you a little background. I am now 86 years old when I was young growing up I had allergy so bad that my nose was completely stomped up that when I swallowed my ears popped. During my childhood had such a fear if we were ever robbed, and they put one of those gags in my mouth I would suffocate!! we lived in Abilene, Texas, and my mom took me to Dallas to see an allergist. At that time they were mostly considered quacks, but I suffered and I think drove my older brother nuts with all the noises I made, and how hard I blew my nose trying to empty it. When my brother and I would play wrestle even hold my arms down and I felt I couldn’t breathe even today if something is tight on my chest, I start to panic… I have had several panic attacks. I grew up, living on nose drops and sprays! In my latter years, as an adult, I don’t need nose spray any longer, very rarely. Now, do I sound like a good candidate for mouth typing? I do not sleep well I make more noises have a dry mouth and I wake myself up very often so I do not ever get good sound sleep. My friend has sleep at me and I saw mouth Tape about a year ago and recommended that to him I don’t think he uses it regularly?I saw the ad for the beauty sleep mouth tape andand thought I might give it a try. Thought I might give it a try to stop some of my noise,making! Well, I have used up one package already. I have no problems with it whatsoever and somehow it kind of makes me feel secure. I have to trim them down just a bit as they’re a little large for me and a few times one side of my nose gets a little tight… I’ll use one squirt of nose spray and that’s it ,clears it out and I go back to sleep! I also feel it might help me some from grinding my teeth at night. Now the beauty sleep, Tape is part of my routine and going to bed. I would recommend anybody to try it. I will say this- if this claustrophobic lady that had a fear of suffocating if I was gagged, likes to use these I would think almost anybody could handle it. I would say just give it a try at any time if you feel panicky just pull it off. I pulled it off during the night several times, just enough to get a drink of water and put it back on, or to cough and then I just put it back on. It’s a different feeling at first, but like I said, it helps me and I feel so much better with my mouth not hanging open making noises and getting a dry mouth. Give it a try, you might be so grateful that you did, like I was!!!
I’ve tried other mouth tapes and this is the best. It feels good on the mouth area and not so tight. I like the ‘air hole’ to help a bit but it does not me feel like I can’t breathe. In the middle of the night I have to take a pill - it’s easy to take off and it stays when I put it back on. The other tape I used, I’d wake up trying to cough and feel like I couldn’t breathe or acclimate myself to figure out what was going on. I have not had that experience with BEAUTY SLEEP MOUTH TAPE. Definitely is a great product.
Well, I was skeptical and now very surprised almost 10 days later how much more rested I feel. My mouth isn’t dry in the morning. My friend today said how much better my skin looked!! I have a little hack to share, I use one tape twice and get two nights out of them and it works fine. I highly recommend these.
I always sleep with my mouth slightly open out of habit. This amazing, gentle and soft tape allows me to keep my lips closed so I can breathe only through my nose - I get much better sleep and wake up feeling rejuvenated!
